Naitbabies is a small CIO run by families who have the severe bleeding disorder Fetal and neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia. FNAIT causes the maternal immune response to destroy fetal platelets putting the unborn/newborn baby at serious risk of bleeding into the brain or other major organs; causing death or permanent neurological disabilities.
