The NEC is one of Europe’s largest exhibition and conference centres. Its central location means that it is easy to reach from all parts of the country with an excellent road, rail and air network. There is plenty of on-site parking, hotels, café and restaurants.

Shuttle buses run from car parks to the NEC entrance. Follow signs for Primary Care and you will be directed to our dedicated car park.
Go directly to Hall 8 – the event will be signposted. You will need to scan your barcode at the registration machines and collect your badge – follow the signs for Collect Your Badge. If you have not registered, please go to the New Registrations desk. We strongly advise you to register in advance. Once you have collected your badge, you can attend any of the conference programmes and exhibition. Your barcode will need to be scanned.
The conference and exhibition are totally free of charge for UK practising healthcare professionals and managers, whether you are working in the NHS or private sector. You will need to bring with photographic ID. There is a charge for commercial companies, students and non-UK healthcare professionals. See registration pages for details.
